To Shorten:
- Push the strap through the buckle from above.
- Pull the strap through and Pull from the bottom.
To Lengthen:
- Push the strap through the buckle from below.
- Pull the strap through and Pull from the top.

Ideally, your SitFlow should be 2" inches from the ground.

My strap is set up the opposite from this and the buckle is holding it so tight that I can't shorten it.
