For the SitFlow + Desk Mount to be compatible, a wooden desk that is at least 1 inch thick is required. Please refer to the product installation video for more details. If you have a glass or metal desk, please choose the SitFlow Floor Stand model.
Note the mount is attached by screws as seen below:
