Using HOVR in 3 Simple Steps
- Raise your chair to a height where ideally the majority of the weight of your legs are supported by the seat.
- Your knees should not be above your hips when your feet are on the SitFlow. If they are, raise your chair, or position the stand or desk mount further away from you.
- Ideally, your knees should form a 90-degree angle. If this is not possible, position your SitFlow further away from you.
